Delivery Policy


SHIPPING FEE

A $15.00 standard shipping fee is charged on orders under $119 Retail.

SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING

Shipping: Due to the increasing freight costs globally we regrettably notify our customers that as of December 1st 2021 our Free Shipping minimum will increase, we apologise for the inconvenience. 

Free shipping on orders over $119 

Processing: We process and despatch orders from our Australian warehouse Monday through Thursday, in the order in which they are received.

Our orders are usually despatched within *24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) by various deliveries partners through Australia Post International Mail.

From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered within *10-21 business days, depending on the delivery location and COVID restrictions. High volume production periods may delay delivery of your order.

Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Note: We are unable to ship to a PO BOX address, our international carriers do not have this available, we apologise for any inconvenience.

*Expected Delivery delays. - Deliveries times have been substantially impacted globally. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, such as customs delays, festive season postal disruptions, & COVID-19 restrictions.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post or Canada Post website.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES WITH DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

  1. Take a photo of the box, contents, packing slip and any damage on the goods.
  2. Do not discard any items and box as it might be required to inspect by post office/courier.
  3. Contact your local post office and ask a damage report
